Nairn Johnston’s passion for sailing started on Lake Macquarie and led him to a distinguished career navigating superyachts around the globe. After transitioning ashore, Nairn has built an impressive portfolio in marina management and facility design. As a Certified Marina Manager (CMM), he has played a pivotal role in advancing the marina industry in Australia, bringing extensive expertise and a wealth of experience to his role.

Scott Cotton
Scott Cotton's marine career started with work experience and early jobs as a rigger. His academic background and dedication have propelled him to become one of the youngest Certified Marina Operators. Scott is on track to achieve Certified Marina Manager (CMM) status in 2023.

Jesse Prokopavicius
Jesse Prokopavicius has been actively sailing for the past 20 years. Everything from representing New Zealand in championship dinghy racing to being first mate on the famous 142’ ketch, Cyclos III. Jesse is an enthusiastic team player who brings real industry know how to his position as dockmaster. Jesse has a solid background in yard operations, detailing trades and all general yacht upkeep & management operations. His background in the service side of the superyacht industry and his lived experience in the industry make him an asset to the marina team.
